Cryo-sticks is one of the most valuable additions to my skincare routine. The aesthetician at Dr. Brown’s office used them on me during a Biologique Recherche Facial (thank you, Taylor). I enjoyed the sensation so much that I bought to use them at home.
Definitely must apply a cream or a serum first to add slippage and a bit of protection from the cold, or it can be quite a shock.
My areas of concern are collagen loss at the top eyelid and sagging around the mouth. I like to use the Cryo-sticks in the morning. The immediate effect is that of lifting and tightening, but also I feel there’s something happening longer-term, like blood flow is being stimulated and the effect adds up over time. All in all, highly recommend.
